Martin is a mechanical engineer with a German Diplom-Ingenieur degree and a SIRI assessor. He combines digital strategy, IT/OT architecture and project leadership. His experience spans industrial companies, software vendors and IT service providers, including Orange Business, Johnson Controls, PTC, Parsable and Tchibo, as well as projects for Airbus and Volkswagen.
He evaluates use cases and technology decisions, develops production data architectures and takes on implementation and project leadership roles. His work includes technologies such as Unified Namespace, MQTT and OPC UA. His aim is for production, IT and management to be able to work with the solution together.

Sebastian holds a German Diplom-Ingenieur degree in mechanical engineering and has experience as a managing director, interim manager and project leader. His areas of focus include organisational development, financial management, controlling, and the development of industrial and service businesses.
He supports change initiatives, operational management and clear allocation of responsibility. His experience in restructuring and growth complements the technical and strategic work involved in industrial digitalisation.
